Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Delibr application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Delibr is a deliberate practice tracking application that helps users plan, execute, and reflect on practice sessions. The app provides tools for skill breakdown, drill design, session timing, and progress analytics.
3. Account Registration
To use Delibr, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Be at least 13 years of age
You may delete your account at any time via Settings within the app.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Delibr Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with monthly and yearly options. Key details:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings
- Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of all content you input into Delibr, including skills, drills, session data, reflections, and notes. Your data is stored securely via Supabase. You may export or delete your data at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's systems or infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
7. Intellectual Property
Delibr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Delibr. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delibr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app's Settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
